A practical, people-focused programme tailored for modern yachting operations. Our goal is to establish a dependable safety net during routine activities and critical operations, supporting captains, officers, and crew to minimise avoidable risks and maintain consistent standards. Using our innovative approach, we employ realistic onboard scenarios, targeted coaching, and clear operational routines that crews can implement immediately.
Comprehensive training modules designed for maritime excellence
We prioritise people at the centre of safety. We emphasise clear, assertive, and respectful communication, promoting an open reporting culture where issues and near-misses are discussed and learned from—not hidden—and where communication techniques are properly applied.
We collaborate with captains and senior officers to enhance leadership onboard, establish clear expectations, maintain consistent standards, and promote confident supervision. The emphasis is on everyday leadership that crews can perceive and adhere to: setting priorities, assigning tasks and roles, delegating purposefully, and leading by example. We also focus on teamwork across departments, ensuring the yacht operates as a cohesive unit during busy guest periods, manoeuvres, and time-critical operations.
Long hours, changing schedules, demanding guests, and limited downtime can quickly reduce alertness and judgement, often before anyone notices. We cover fatigue awareness, stress recognition, and the impact of mental strain on performance, with practical tools that fit yacht life. This includes simple self‑checks, workload planning, safer watch changes when tired, recovery habits, and clear guidance on when to flag an issue. The result is fewer avoidable errors, steadier performance during peak periods, and better resilience across the crew.
In high‑workload situations, Situational Awareness can narrow, and small cues or alarms may be overlooked. We train crews to maintain awareness of the bigger picture, including vessel status, environment, traffic, team actions, and changing conditions, especially during manoeuvres and emergency scenarios. Using realistic onboard scenarios and structured decision-making tools, we enhance prioritisation, risk assessment, and disciplined execution. Crews learn to make decisions under pressure and to optimally utilise all the available resources (people, procedures, and equipment).
Smooth operations depend on how information flows across the yacht. We work on communication and coordination between Bridge | Deck | Engineering | Interior & Galley, with a focus on clarity, timing, and responsibility. We introduce a simple, repeatable communication framework: short briefings, clean handovers, closed‑loop communication, and clear reporting protocols. We also cover conflict management suited to the onboard environment and practical debriefing habits to capture lessons learned without blame. This reduces misunderstandings and helps departments support each other during guest operations, maintenance activities, and unexpected events.
Every package covers all five key pillars. What changes is how closely the program is shaped around your yacht and how long we stay alongside your crew.

Request a ProposalTo make safety and efficiency truly sustainable on board, we offer a dedicated Train-the-Trainer course for captains and senior officers.
Developing the ability to conduct effective internal training, safety meetings, and toolbox talks.
Leading drills and emergency exercises with the right structure, clarity, and debriefing techniques.
Strengthening communication, coaching, and feedback skills to support junior crew.
Instilling the right attitudes and approaches so safety messages are understood, accepted, and applied—not simply heard.
By empowering senior officers to become confident, competent in-house trainers, we help ensure that safety culture continues to grow long after our visit ends.
In addition to safety, we provide a dedicated Energy Efficiency Training Program that aligns with global environmental frameworks, including the IMO instruments, the Paris Agreement, and the Kyoto Protocol.
Practical methods to prevent unnecessary fuel burn and energy wastage, from optimised routing and speed management to smart use of onboard systems.
Raising awareness of emissions, their global impact, and how everyday operational choices can significantly decrease a yacht's carbon footprint.
Guidance on efficient use of engines, generators, HVAC, lighting, watermakers, and other systems to support both cost savings and environmental performance.
Participants who successfully complete this course receive a Green Certificate, demonstrating their dedication to responsible, sustainable yachting.
